What do Team Members Want?

Leadership can seem to be a nebulous concept with a definition that is difficult to pin down, but guess what - it's not. The number on thing your team wants from you?

1.  A leader they can be PROUD of.

2.  A leader who exhibits POSITIVE and PRODUCTIVE behaviors.
3.  Team members watch everything you SAY and DO and the things you don’t do.
4.  Team members need DIRECTION and STRUCTURE every step of the way
      ...perhaps even more when they tell you they don't need it.
5.  A REAL leader, not just one that has the title.
     To your customers YOU are the company.
     You are it. So BE it. BE the example.
6.  Team members want to WIN!

​So, BE the leader your team NEEDS you to be.
