As a photographer, Joshua Lee Nidenberg communicates through pictures. But returning to his ravaged hometown he came across music from local bands that reflected the area’s post-Katrina moods. He became inspired by the compilation CD entitled Feeder Bands on the Run released by the Carrolton Station Foundation; it moved him to narrate his images with this music to tell his story of what the storm left behind.
